UkrAgroConsult Company, as the Organizer of the «Black Sea Grain – 2010 Conference», has pre-booked rooms at special rates in the below mentioned hotels for the benefit of participants.
All the hotels are situated in the heart of Kyiv, not far from the main street Khreschatyk and Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independent Square), in historic, business and cultural centre of the Kyiv.
All the rates are indicated in Euro and are per room per night including taxes and fees. The rates can be changed slightly depending on EURO/UAH exchange rate as for April 20 -23.

After MARCH 16, 2010 we do not guarantee rooms and special rates, rooms if available will be at hotel rates.

Hotel booking and payment procedure
Payment can be made by bank transfer or
by direct transfer money from credit card on the account of our company
In case of payment by bank transfer:
1) Please fill in the “Application form for hotel accommodation”
2) Please fill in the contract (enclosed), sign and stamp it.
3) On the basis of the contract we send you invoice and payment must be made according to the conditions of the contract. The participant pays all costs of transferring of money.
4) Please send the Application form and the Contract to the following E-mails:

In case of payment by direct transfer money from credit card on the account of our company:

2) After that we send you invoice with bank details (number of our account)
