UkrAgroConsult Company, as the Organizer of the Black Sea Grain – 2008 Conference, has pre-booked rooms at special rates in the below mentioned hotels for the benefit of participants.
All the hotels are situated in the heart of Kyiv, not far from the main street Khreschatyk and Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independent Square), in historic, business and cultural centre of the Kyiv.
All the rates are indicated in Euro and are per room per night including taxes and fees. The rates can be changed slightly depending on EURO/UAH exchange rate as for April 8-11.
The rooms in the mentioned hotels are booked for the period of April 8 – April 11, 2008.
We kindly ask you to study carefully the rules and conditions of hotel booking
Registration forms for hotel booking at special rates should be sent till March 1, 2008. Payment should be done according to the conditions mentioned below.
After March 1, 2008 we do not guarantee rooms and special rates, rooms if available will be at hotel rates.
PAYMENT is obligatory for guaranteed confirmation of the hotel
UkrAgroConsult will continue to work with International Tourist Company Sputnik Kyiv in 2008 (like it was in 2007).
All hotel accommodation will be carried by Sputnik Kyiv.

Hotel booking and payment procedure:
1) Please fill in the registration form for accommodation
2) Registration form must be sent TILL 01.03.08
3) Payment can be made by credit card. Only after the payment you receive confirmation of accommodation in the hotel

4) The rest of payment for accommodation is made during the check-in at the hotel to the representative at the table “Black Sea Grain 2008”, which will wait for you at the hotel from 9:00 till 19:00 on April 08 – 10, 2008.
The cost includes 3% (bank fee).
