Valars Group, a Cyprus-based grain trader, is negotiating the acquisition of Yugtranzitservis, a similar firm based in Taganrog, Rostov region, according to Kirill Podolsky, Valars owner.
 
Athough financial details were not disclosed, experts estimate the value of the deal at $205m.
 
Two years ago, Mr. Podolsky sold his 30% stake in Yugtranzitservis to ITF Group Holding, a Moscow investment company, which then consolidated 100% stake in the company, Marchmont Capital Partners said.
