Grain producers have canceled their Tuesday’s protest as a declaration by Agriculture Minister Valeri Tsvetanov guarantees that national additional payments for 2008 will be paid, while those for 2009 will be considered, Ivaylo Todorov with Association of Framers in Bulgaria told Focus News Agency. He added grain producers were ready to stage the protest if necessary.
