Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers declared void the instruction № 693 dd. May 7, 2008 pursuant to which the State Committee for State Material Inventory of Ukraine was provided the possibility to pay meat and edible by-product import quota in the course of customs clearance by installments upon the conditions of tax credit till the forth quarter of 2008.

 

The corresponding instruction №1457-р of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. November 24, 2008 was signed by Yulia Timoshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
