Belarus, Kazakhstan to set up technology park for agricultural machines


The implementation of the project to create the Belarusian-Kazakh industrial and technological park for agricultural and municipal machines in the city of Kokshetau was discussed at a meeting of Charge d'Affaires ad Interim of Belarus in Kazakhstan Oleg Morozov and First Deputy Governor of Akmola Oblast Rashit Akimov, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.

At the meeting the sides discussed prospects of implementing a project to build a full-cycle meat and dairy complex using Belarusian technologies. The sides reached an agreement to arrange a trip to Belarus for representatives of major Akmola Oblast farming companies, who have the potential to be partners in implementing the project.

The Belarusian diplomat visited the company Kokshetauminwody, which is one of the largest manufacturers of mineral water and distilled beverages in Kazakhstan. The diplomat met with the company's administration to share views regarding promising avenues of cooperation. The sides agreed to work on organizing the delivery of Belarus-made raw materials, BelTA reports.
