Agrarians of Russia has acquired 10% of mineral fertilizers more than last year


According to the operational data of regional agricultural administrative bodies, from 1 January to 19 December 2016, agricultural producers purchased more than 2.7 million tons of active substance (hereinafter – D. V.) mineral fertilizers, which 247,7 thousand tonnes or 10% higher than on the corresponding date in 2015.

The accumulated resources of mineral fertilizers (taking into account balances in 2015) amount of 2.96 million tonnes, which is 302 thousand tonnes more than on the corresponding date in 2015.

The average price of the most popular forms of fertilizers, including VAT, packaging, transport and distribution costs compared to the same date in 2015 is as follows: for ammonium nitrate, 13 621 thousand rubles per ton (-8%), urea – 18 654 thousand rubles per ton (-7%), potassium chloride – 15 504 thousand rubles per ton (+3%), azofoska – 21 189 thousand rubles per ton (-6%), ammophos – 28 861 thousand rubles per ton (-6%).

According to agribusiness management bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the need for mineral fertilizers in 2016 for spring fieldwork is 2.6 million tonnes
