Argentina’s cattle herds increased 2.3% in 2016

Argentina Rural Society has informed this Thursday that the country’s cattle stocks have jumped 2.3 percent in 2016. The present year also registered a 10 percent growth of exports.

Accounting the years of 2016 and 2017, there is a forecast of investment of nearly US$ 22.5 billion, which would beat the total investment on grain, estimated at US$ 21 billion for the same period. The livestock business was boosted this year by tax cuts and Argentina focuses its efforts to rebuild stocks.
