Bangladesh purchased Russian wheat under an intergovernmental agreement

Bangladesh will shortly import 200 KMT of Russian wheat. The grain was purchased under an intergovernmental agreement at a price of USD 245/MT C&F for replenishing state reserves, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The first cargo of 55 KMT arrives in Bangladesh on February 18.

Last year, Bangladesh rejected three cargoes of Russian wheat (150 KMT) due to quality complaints.
