Black Sea Grain-2017: Preliminary Agenda available


In 2016/17 season export potential of the Black Sea region is estimated to overcome 105 MMT. Black Sea countries steadily take new positions in the global grain production and trade, overtaking traditional top exporters, such as USA and EU. 

Despite growing global consumption, grain stocks set new records, intensifying competition for the buyers. The era of cheap raw materials imposes its rules to the world agricultural market.

Grain market players respond to the global challenges in own way, facing political, economic, financial and many other factors. The market is getting transformed under the overproduction of grain. This trend brings risks, but many opportunities as well. So, what should we expect in the upcoming 2017/18 season?
