Black Sea Oil Trade: Outlook on Weather Conditions, Global Oilseeds Production and Pricing

Outlook on weather conditions and its impact on the global oilseed production and pricing will be presented by Kyle Tapley, Senior Agricultural Meteorologist, Radiant Solutions, USA at the VI International Conference ‘Black Sea Oil Trade’.


Mr. Tapley joined the Radiant team in 2008 and currently is responsible for generating daily weather forecasts for major crop areas around the globe with an emphasis on how weather conditions affect production of agricultural commodities.

 He contributes to Radiant’s full suite of agricultural weather products and aids in generating production estimates for major agricultural commodities.

Mr. Tapley also consults daily with industry traders and analysts, contributes to seasonal forecasts, and is a frequent speaker at agricultural conferences around the world.
