Bulgaria. Corn yield is up 10% year-on-year


According to current information of Bulgaria’s Ag Ministry, corn was harvested from 397.9 Th ha by November 23 (95.2% of the planned 418.1 Th ha). Its crop amounted to 2306.5 KMT with an average yield of 5.80 MT/ha that is up 10.1% year-on-year, reports UkrAgroConsult.

As of the reporting date, winter wheat in Bulgaria was planted on 1061 Th ha (up 4.2% from last year), winter barley on some 105.5 Th ha (down 15.3%).
