Bulgaria. Domestic grain prices continued to decrease

Decline in purchase prices continued in the domestic grain crops market of Bulgaria during last week. The most significant decrease was seen in corn price, reports UkrAgroConsult. Farmers have harvested one-third of acreage, new corn crop puts pressure on domestic prices. This grain crop supply in the domestic market exceeds the demand. Traders aren't active in procurement of corn from the new crop; the demand was noted primarily from processors.

Export prices for Bulgarian grain crops remained in the range of last week. Milling wheat in export market was supported by the resumption of foreign shipments, both to the European Union and other countries.
