Cargill invests USD50m to expand poultry processing in Thailand

29.11.2016

Cargill is investing USD 50 million to expand its poultry processing operations at its facility in Nakhon Ratchasima province in Thailand. The company said this expansion is due to an increase in customer demand and strong customer confidence in the high quality and safety standards of the products produced by Cargill in Thailand. Construction on the new building annexed to the current facility began in October and is due for completion by Q1 2018.

The expansion will create 1,400 new jobs and add to the more than 13,500 employees that Cargill currently employs across 14 locations in the country.
