Chinese investors putting money into soybean crushing in Russia

The construction of a technology park has been started in Russia’ Jewish autonomous region, where a soybean crushing facility will be set up, according to EAOMedia information agency.

According to UkrAgroConsult data, the facility will crush 200-300 KMT of soybeans a year, produce soybean oil, protein, soybean flour, and compound feed. Russian and Chinese specialists will work there together. It is projected to market the products both in Russia and China.

The technology park is located near a highway linking the regional and district centers. In addition, a railway stretches nearby and an international river port lies a few kilometers away.
