Egypt booked 420 KMT of milling wheat via tender

On October 25 Egypt purchased 420 KMT of milling wheat from Romania and Russia with shipment during December 1–10, 2016 at the average price of USD 192.89/MT C&F, reports UkrAgroConsult. The price at the previous tender equaled USD 189.44/MT C&F.

The purchase included:

  • 120 KMT of Romanian wheat from Ameropa at USD 192.18/MT C&F (USD 185.93/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 6.25/MT);
  • 60 KMT of Romanian wheat from Cargill at USD 192.76/MT C&F (USD 183.25/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 9.51/MT);
  • 60 KMT of Romanian wheat from ADM at USD 192.90/MT C&F (USD 184.25/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 8.65/MT);
  • 60 KMT of Russian wheat from Aston at USD 192.90/MT C&F (USD 184.00/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 8.90/MT);
  • 60 KMT of Russian wheat from Louis Dreyfus at USD 193.04/MT C&F (USD 182.74/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 10.30/MT);
  • 60 KMT of Russian wheat from Alegrow at USD 194.30/MT C&F (USD 184.00/MT FOB with a freight rate USD 10.30/MT);

In the previous tender, on October 20, Egypt bought Russian wheat (120 KMT to be shipped during November 21-30, 2016).
