Egypt purchased 360 KMT of wheat in a tender

On February 17, Egypt purchased 360 KMT of milling wheat from Ukraine, Russia and Romania with shipment during March 16 - 26, 2017 at an average price of USD 207.23/ MT C&F. The price in the previous tender equaled USD 203.96/MT C&F, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The purchase included the following:

– 60 KMT Russian wheat from Aston at $208.60/MT C&F ($197.00/MT FOB with a freight rate $11.60/MT);

– 60 KMT Russian wheat from Grainbow at $207.60/MT C&F ($196.00/MT FOB with a freight rate $11.60/MT);

– 60 KMT Russian wheat from AOS at $204.85/MT C&F ($195.00/MT FOB with a freight rate $9.85/MT);

– 60 KMT Russian wheat from Daewoo at $205.85/MT C&F ($196.00/MT FOB with a freight rate $9.85/MT);

– 60 KMT Ukrainian wheat from LDC at $208.10/MT C&F ($195.50/MT FOB with a freight rate $12.60/MT);

– 60 KMT Romanian wheat from Nidera at $208.35/MT C&F ($197.50/MT FOB with a freight rate $10.85/MT).

In the previous tender held on January 26, Egypt bought 410 KMT of milling wheat from Russia with shipment during March 1-10, 2017.
