Grain exports from Kazakhstan up 40%


According to the Ag Ministry of Kazakhstan, Kazakh grain exports totaled 7.2 MMT in MY 2017/18 by July 31, or 40% more than in September-July 2016/17 (5.2 MMT), reports UkrAgroConsult.

Growth in flour shipments to foreign markets was not so substantial. The country shipped abroad some 2 MMT of flour at the time, or 6% more than in September-July 2016/17 (1.9 MMT).
