India imposed a three-month ban on yellow pea imports


India has banned imports of yellow peas to the country for a three-month period, reads a statement of India’s Commerce and Industry Ministry published on April 25, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The imposed ban will be effective from April 1 till June 30, 2018.

At the same time, it is added that the ban shall not apply to already supplied yellow peas on April 1-25, 2018 and to pea cargoes paid for before April 25.
