Indonesia extending duty-free palm oil exports till October

According to a statement made by Indonesia’s trade minister, the country will keep its zero export duty on crude palm oil at least till the end of September 2017, informs UkrAgroConsult.

So, Indonesia has been charging no duty on this product’s exports for five consecutive months now.

Reportedly, no raising of the duty is envisaged later, unless the minimum price for palm oil exceeds $750/MT.
