Iraq wheat purchase tender's lowest offer $295 per tonne -trade

Iraq is seeking Australian, Canadian, or U.S. wheat in the tender. The lowest offer was made by supplier Hanalico.

 The lowest offer made at Iraq's international wheat purchase tender was at $295 cost, insurance and freight (CIF) for 50,000 tonnes of Canadian wheat, traders said on Monday.

Offers should remain valid until July 8.

Traders said the following offers were made in dollars per tonne on a CIF basis:

*Cofco: 50,000 tonnes of Australian wheat at $314.91

*ADM: 50,000 tonnes of U.S. wheat at $327.33, 50,000 tonnes of U.S. wheat at $318.49

*Hanalico: 50,000 tonnes of Canadian wheat at $295

*Cargill: 50,000 tonnes of Australian wheat at $313.43, 50,000 tonnes of U.S. wheat at $318.65, 50,000 tonnes of Canadian wheat at $305.24, 50,000 tonnes of Canadian wheat at $307.36

*Ameropa: 50,000 tonnes of Australian wheat at $309.70, 50,000 tonnes of U.S. wheat at $320.67

*CBH: 50,000 tonnes of Australian wheat at $306.75, 50,000 tonnes of Australian wheat at $306.75
