Kazakhstan in September increased exports of vegetable oils more than 3 times

Export of vegetable oil from Kazakhstan, according to the customs control Committee of MF RK, in September reached a record for the month of 8 thousand tons, which is 3.2 times higher than in the same period last year due to an increase in shipments of all major types of oils.

So, for the same period of sunflower oil on foreign markets was delivered 2.2 million tonnes against 0.8 million tonnes in September 2016, linseed oil and 1.8 thousand tons compared to 0.5 thousand tons, soybean 1.6 tons versus 0.4 thousand tons.

In addition, the export of rapeseed oil in September from Kazakhstan amounted to 1 thousand tons, while during the same month of the previous season's shipments of these products was not. The main importers in September were China and Uzbekistan, which were shipped from Kazakhstan to 3.6 thousand tonnes (44%) and 2.7 thousand tonnes (34%) of the oils respectively.
