28.09.2016

In July 2016 Kazakhstan exported 206.66 KMT of wheat. According to UkrAgroConsult data, in just eleven months of season 2015/16 Kazakhstan exported 12.5% more wheat than over the same period of the previous season (3457 KMT against 3070 KMT during July-September 2014/15 MY).

During this period, Kazakhstan increased its supply to virtually all wheat markets, except Azerbaijan. Thus, the supply to Iran during the period under review increased by 39% against last season, to the EU – 36%, to China - more than 100%, Turkey - 150% ( to 80 KMT).
