Kazakhstan. Milling wheat export prices strengthened last week

Last week strengthening of prices for milling wheat was noted on the export market of Kazakhstan. Factors of price support:

- Increase in purchase prices on the domestic market at the background of national currency volatility;

- Slight new crop wheat trading improvement;

- Increase in prices for milling wheat in the Black Sea region.

Thus, over the week export prices for wheat with 12.5% protein increased by USD 2-3 to USD 165-170/MT FOB in average at the Aktau port  and USD 160-167/MT on the DAF Russia basis.
