Kazakhstan. More than 800 KMT of grain were exported through Aktau port

In 2018, JSC Ak Bidai - Terminal (a subsidiary of “Food Contract Corporation”) handled 818.4 KMT of grain through the grain terminal in Aktau port. As a reminder, in 2017, grain handling reached around 500 KMT, reports UkrAgroConsult.

As reported by the company, last year, the growth was conditioned by an increase in grain exports, favorable weather and climatic conditions, availability of free berths in the seaport and additional places for grain hoppers.
