Kazakhstan planning to build the largest oil extraction plant


A new oil extraction plant is to be built in Kostanay region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its capacity will equal 7 KMT of finished products a year. Three plants of this sort already operate in the region, reports UkrAgroConsult.

According to the report, over KZT 33 Bl has been invested in the construction of the plant. Also, there will be built the first oilseed elevator for 50 KMT. The project implementation is scheduled for 2018-2019.

In addition, reportedly, rape, flax and sunflower plantings in Kostanay region were doubled this year. Under the agricultural development program, eight high-tech oilseed crushers have been launched in the region since 2010.
