Kernel obtained a permit to buy 10 Ukrainian companies of Glencore


The Antimonopoly Committee issued a permit to the Netherlands-based company Jerste B. V., which belongs to Kernel Holding, a major oilseed market player, to buy more than 50% stakes in ten agricultural companies owned by Glencore International (Switzerland), one of the world’s largest commodity traders, reports UkrAgroConsult.

In particular, Jerste BV was permitted to acquire stakes in the authorized capitals of the following agricultural companies: LLC Chernivchanka-Agro (Vinnytsia region), LLC Buzhanske (Cherkasy region), PС Vita-Kolos (Cherkasy region), LLC InterAgroInvest (Kyiv region), LLC Kryazh & K (Vinnytsia region), LLC Luchanske-2 (Kyiv region), LLC Mriya (Vinnytsya region), LLC Podil (Cherkasy region), Svitanok (Kyiv region), LLC Fediukivka-Agro (Cherkasy region).
