Morocco has allowed import of beef from Russia


The Kingdom of Morocco has successfully completed the risk assessment in relation to spongiform encephalopathy of cattle and allowed the import of beef and beef products from Russia, according to Rosselkhoznadzor

The procedure included the provision of information materials, documentary analysis and the visit of experts from Morocco in November 2017 to conduct inspections of Russian enterprises. In the near future the parties will agree on a certificate that the products will be delivered in Morocco, the Agency notes.

In addition, the parties signed veterinary certificates for the import to Morocco from Russia plant feed, fish, fish, and bee products.
