Pan Kurchak entering Asian and Near East markets

Pan Kurchak Agro-Industrial Group is going to supply chicken meat to the Near East and Central Asian countries, said Sergiy Horlach, the Group’s supervisory board chairman, as cited by the press service of Pan Kurchak. According to him, experts of the “Alraid” Halal Certification and Research Center have already visited the new poultry slaughtering and processing facility of LLC Gubin Poultry Facility, which belongs to the Group.

“The experts were shown modern equipment from leading European firms that will allow releasing high-quality produce,” reads the report. It was agreed during the examination that an Alraid representative will work in Novovolynsk on a permanent basis. He will watch over the observation of the Muslim traditions when slaughtering poultry and that no prohibited components will get into the finished produce.

“A trial parcel of such chicken produced in Novovolynsk will amount to 25 MT. The assortment will include more than   ten types of high-quality chicken products. They will pass express freezing at modern European equipment and will be shipped to Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates,” the press service reported.

Next export supplies will be adjusted in line with the expansion of the customer base in Muslim countries. They are ready to sell Volyn chicken meat to any point of the world, wherever interested trade partners will be found. The company also noted that LLC Gubib Poultry Facility will boost its export potential this year: it is planned to sell five times as much produce to foreign partners as in 2014.
