Rapeseed oil production in Ukraine dropped to 66 KMT this season


Ukraine’s large and medium-sized crushers produced 1.4 KMT of rape oil in March 2017, or 55% more than in the previous month. As a reminder, rape oil production hit a season low of 0.9 KMT in February 2017. It decreased 6.7% against March 2016, when 1.5 KMT was produced, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Ukraine’s rape oil production by large and medium-sized crushers totaled 65.9 KMT in the nine months (July-March) of 2016/17. It shrank more than two times year-on-year (a record 145.4 KMT was produced in July-March 2015/16).
