Romania. July wheat exports were sharply lower than during the several previous seasons


In July 2017 Romania exported 288 KMT of wheat, which was sharply lower than over the last several seasons and almost equaled July shipments of 2012/13 - 271 KMT. In July 2016 Romania exported 736 KMT of wheat, which was the second largest volume for the country.

Record high July exports were noted in 2014/15 – 745 KMT, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Key buyers in July 2017 were Egypt (63 KMT), South Africa (49.5 KMT), Tunisia (50 KMT), Lebanon (26 KMT).
