Russia and China signed a Memorandum on cooperation in agriculture


July 4, Minister of agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev took part in the negotiations of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with the President of the people's Republic of China XI Jinping

During the meeting was signed the Memorandum of understanding between the agrarian ministries of the two countries on further strengthening cooperation in the field of agriculture.

The Memorandum provides for the continuation of joint work on promotion scientific and technical cooperation in various areas of agriculture.

In addition, the parties hope to create the most favorable conditions for successful development of agricultural trade and investment cooperation as well as exchange and cooperation in the field of veterinary legislation.

Recall, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday after talks with Chinese President XI Jiping, saidthat the decision to increase the supply of Russian wheat to China.
