Russia produced almost 5 MMT of vegoils this season


452.8 KMT of vegoil was produced in Russia in July 2017 that is 2.2% more than in the previous month and up 43.8% from July 2016. Overall output in September-July 2016/17 reached 4935.5 KMT, or 15.7% more than at the same time last year (4264.1 KMT), reports UkrAgroConsult.

Sunflower oil accounts for some 89% of vegoil production. Its output amounted to 361 KMT in July 2017 against 363 KMT in June 2017 and 231 KMT in July 2016. More sunoil was produced in September-July 2016/17 than at the same time in MY 2015/16 (4373 KMT against 3667 KMT, respectively). So, its production keeps at a record level.
