Russia. Production of soybean isolate to be launched in Krasnodar region


A plant for advanced soybean processing will be constructed in Timashevsky district of Krasnodar region, Russia. Public authorities and LLC SKARMART have signed a protocol of intent to build the plant. 

The value of the investment project is expected to exceed RUB 1.8 Bl. The plant’s design capacity is 45 KMT of soybeans a year. The construction of its first stage is scheduled for 2019-2020, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The project is aimed at substitution of imported soybean protein isolate, whose main consumer will be the country’s processing industry.
