The country is ready to buy up to 60 thousand tons of Russian wheat in a month

The first deliveries of Russian wheat to Venezuela by agreement of the two countries will begin in August, said the Venezuelan Ambassador to Moscow Carlos Faria.

"The first ship with the wheat arrives in Venezuela in August. This strengthening of Russian-Venezuelan cooperation, the impact on the economic war", – Faria wrote in his microblog on Twitter after the signing in Moscow of the relevant contract.

In may, Russia and Venezuela have reached agreements on the supply of thousands of tons of wheat. President Nicolas Maduro said that speech can go approximately about 60 thousand tons of Russian wheat per month, which will be supplied to the South American country.
