Russian wheat prices stay low on new crop arrival


Russian wheat export prices remained statically low last week prompted by its new large crop hitting the market as well as global benchmarks nearing multi-year lows, several analysts said on Monday (July 18).

Black Sea prices for Russian wheat with 12.5% protein content for July delivery were at USD165 per tonne fob at the end of last week, similar to a week earlier, according to Russian agricultural consultancy IKAR said.
