The heads of the agriculture ministries of Russia and Germany discussed the issue of lifting the sanctions

he Minister of agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev has held talks with his German counterpart Christian Schmidt, during which the parties discussed the issue of trade restrictions related to sanctions

Christian Schmidt reported that the presence of "twenty" does not mean that the position of the German side in the Crimea has changed.

"The presence in the G20 does not mean that the German position on the question of violation of international law in connection with the occupation of Crimea and other actions has changed, and what we won't pay attention to the Minsk process. From this we can conclude that only together we can talk about lifting sanctions", — he said.

In turn, Alexander Tkachev said that the question about full or partial lifting of restrictions of bradenburg against countries that have imposed sanctions against Russia must be discussed together with the removal of counter restrictions on the import of domestic products on the markets of these countries.

Earlier it became known that the participants of the summit unanimously decided to invite the Minister at the relevant meeting of the G20 in Berlin.
