The import of poultry and eggs from 26 regions of the Czech Republic in the Russian Federation is prohibited

The Rosselkhoznadzor from 26 April 2017 has introduced temporary restrictions on the import of live poultry and hatching eggs from 26 regions of the Czech Republic due to bird flu

Restrictions affected regions: Znojmo, Brno, Peplau, Breclav, Prague, tábor, Karlovy vary, Pardubice, Strakonice, šumperk, Chomutov, české budějovice, Prachatice, mělník, ústí nad orlicí, ústí nad Labem, Liberec, Beroun, jindřichův Hradec, Brno, Chrudim, plzeň, Kladno, Karlovy vary, Karvina and Frydek-Mistek.

Previously, the Rosselkhoznadzor imposed temporary restrictions on import of live birds and eggs because of avian influenza from four edges of the Czech Republic: Pardubice, Prague, Karlovy vary and Plzen.
