Ukraine exported more than 23 MMT of grain


Ukraine exported 23.07 MMT of grains in season 2016/17 by January 6, 2017, reports UkrAgroConsult.

According to the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry, roughly 11.5 MMT of wheat, 4.33 MMT of barley and about 7.13 MMT of corn were exported from Ukraine in the period under review. Additionally, 169.7 KMT of flour was shipped abroad by the above-mentioned date.

The Ag Ministry forecasts 2016/2017 grain exports at some 40 MMT.
