Ukraine exported nearly 25.7 MMT of grain


According to the State Fiscal Service, Ukraine exported some 25.67 MMT of grains in the 2017/18 season by February 19, 2018. This is 9.3% less than at the same time a year ago (28.3 MMT), reports UkrAgroConsult.

This volume included 12.65 MMT of wheat (down 4.5% year-on-year), 3.98 MMT of barley (down 13.7%) and 8.93 MMT of corn (down 13.2%).

In addition, the country also shipped abroad 287.83 KMT of flour in the period under review, or 21.4% more than at the same time last year.
