Ukraine. GradOliya Group fully used a loan from OTP Bank

GradOliya Group, a Ukrainian producer of unrefined vegoil, took up a loan totaling USD 14 Ml from OTP Bank. Most of this amount (USD 11 Ml) was used in late 2016 to refinance an investment loan for building a plant. In early 2017 the remaining USD 3 Ml was used to finance the company’s working capital, reports UkrAgroConsult.

As a reminder, GradOliya Group was founded in early 2010. A project for the construction of a new oil extraction plant in the city of Kropyvnytsky (formerly Kirovohrad) was implemented in 2011-2012. The plant’s daily crushing capacity equals 700 MT for sunseed and 500 MT for rapeseed. The company not only processes oilseeds and makes crude unrefined vegoils and granulated meals but also sells the finished products both within Ukraine and abroad.

Further prospects of the Black Sea oilseeds/vegoils market in the 2017/18 season will be discussed at the V International Conference “Black Sea Oil Trade”, which will take place on September 19, 2017 in Hilton hotel, Kiev, Ukraine.
