Ukraine. Grain handling for exports keeps falling, while oil handling approaches record high

According to the SE "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority", during January-October 2017, grain handling for exports from the country’s seaports increased by 6.2%, compared to the same period last year to 32.8 MMT against 30.9 MMT.

In October 2017, grain shipments for export declined for the second consecutive month.

In January-October 2017 handling of vegetable oils in the country’s seaports increased by 38.5% compared to the same period last year. It is already clear that in 2017 vegetable oil handling will set a new record, reports UkrAgroConsult.
