Ukraine harvested 66% of early grains and pulses

By July, 25 early grains and pulses had been harvested from 6376 Th ha (66% of the intended area) compared with 7031 Th ha by July25, 2015. Farmers obtained 23320 KMT with average yields at 3.66 MT/ha (by the same date in 2015 - 23650 KMT with average productivity at 3.36 MT/ha).

Wheat was harvested from 3934 Th ha  - 63% of the plan (4677 Th ha in 2015), 15418 KMT obtained with average yield - 3.92 MT/ha (3.261 MT/ha last year).

Barley was harvested at 2190 Th ha (76%) compared with 2141 Th ha in 2015. Barley production had reached 7143 KMT by July 25, 2016 with average yields at 3.26 MT/ha (6252 KMT with 2.92 MT/ha in 2015).

658 KMT of peas were harvested from 208 Th ha (87% of the intended area) with average yield – 3,17 MT/ha. By July 25, 2015 nearly 351 KMT of peas had been gathered from 159 Th ha with average yields 2.21 MT/ha.
