Ukraine. Mriya Agro Holding to sow more than 50 Th ha of oil crops this spring
Mriya Agro Holding started planting for the 2017 harvest with spring barley. Traditionally, the holding will allocate part of its arable land to oil crops. So, spring rape is predicted to be sown on an area of 4 Th ha and soybeans are set to occupy 17 Th ha. In addition, sunflower planting will begin in early April. This crop’s acreage it to reach 32 Th ha, reports UkrAgroConsult.
