Ukraine. New oil extractor to be built in Dnipro

LLC Potoki intends to build to a vegoil-producing plant in the city of Dnipro (Dnipropetrovsk region). A relevant report on planned activities was published on the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

It is projected to reconstruct existing buildings and structures of a concrete product plant with erecting new production and administrative buildings and structures for a vegoil plant. The latter will produce vegoils by the pressing and extraction methods. The plant’s crushing capacity will be up to 1400 MT of sunseed a day / 800 MT of soybeans a day, reports UkrAgroConsult.

It is projected to build the plant in two steps. The first stage will include the reconstruction of existing buildings and the construction of new ones (a press station and an oil hydration site, an extraction unit, a boiler facility, an oilseed dump area, a separation and drying unit, supply bunkers, an above-ground vegoil store with a pumping station, a tank-truck loading station, a cooling tower, a weighbridge etc.).

The second stage will comprise two elevators, a second checkpoint and a parking.
