Ukraine. Sunseed and soybean yields are lower compared to last year

According to current information, as of September 6, soybeans were harvested from 69 Th ha (33% less than last year) out of the planned 1991.6 Th ha. Growers got 117 KMT of soybeans with a yield of 1.7 MT/ha (205.5 KMT with a yield of 2.02 MT/ha in 2016), reports UkrAgroConsult.

Farmers harvested sunseed from 358 Th ha, or 6% of the planned 5938 Th ha (official data) as of September 6, with a crop of 583 KMT and a yield of 1.63 MT/ha. Last year 909 KMT was received to the correspondent date with a yield of 1.93 MT/ha.
