Ukraine’s private enterprise Viktor & K increasing oilseed crushing capacity


The private enterprise Viktor & K (“Korolivsky Smak” brand) is planning to launch a soybean crushing plant in the fall of 2017, reports UkrAgroConsult.

It is noted that the new plant will create some 1,000 jobs. In addition, the construction of purification works and a fully computerized product storage terminal is drawing to an end.

About 2,000 persons are currently employed at the enterprise. Its total oilseed processing capacity approximates 400-500 MT of oilseeds a day with output of finished product at 170-210 MT a day and combined oilseed storage capacity of two elevators at 17 KMT.

As a reminder, Viktor & K processed 2.32 MMT of soybeans in January-September 2016.
